Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must send photos so we can ascertain the situation and be able to file claims with the carrier.

Once the tracking status shows a package as picked up into the carrier’s system, we are not responsible for missing shipments. Missing/stolen packages or misdelivered packages need to be reported to the shipping carrier or local authorities.
