Hi, I’m Anna Vocino, founder of Eat Happy Kitchen. I’m passionate about good food that’s high quality, delicious, and no sugar added. I personally stick to a gluten-free, low-carb diet, and I have three best selling low carb cookbooks, shockingly titled Eat Happy, Eat Happy Too, and Eat Happy Italian.
After being diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2002, I made it my mission to create easy-to-prepare, delicious gluten-free, sugarfree, and grain-free versions of my favorite comfort foods.

Outside of creating the Eat Happy Kitchen, I have a pretty cool day job as a comic and voice actor with a long career in the entertainment industry, most recently appearing in the upcoming Toy Story 5 as the voice of Mrs. Potato Head.
