Shipping policy

Orders are processed and typically shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipping rates vary depending on the total order weight and destination, and prices are provided at checkout prior to payment. Sauces can only be shipped within the 48 contiguous United States and spices can ship to all 50 states. No international shipping is available at this time. The delivery service used may vary depending on the recipient's location.

Once the tracking status shows a package as delivered, we are not responsible for missing shipments. Missing packages would then need to be reported to the shipping carrier or local authorities.
